Alan Shearer was the Legendary Striker at Newcastle United Football Club until the end of last season when he finally hung up his boots on the golden peg of retirement.

His record is outstanding and remains the top scoring striker in the Premiership. 206 goals in his 10 year career, an amazing acheivement and way ahead of anyone else (as far as I know).
